Moriba brings an extensive and diverse experience working in public relations and local outreach in Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia as well as many different places in the United States. He has provided outreach on large and small projects working with multiple public and private agencies, navigating the complexities that can be associated with multiple funding sources. Moriba is highly skilled at identifying key issue and developing strategies to address the need of the local community as well as maintain effective communication with contractors, community members, elected officials and staff as well as key public and private stakeholders.

Baxter Iford Sr has over 30 years of experience in the fields of law enforcement and public safety, security operations, threat management, executive protection and juvenile counseling and intervention.
Baxter Iford Sr is a graduate of University of Louisiana Acadiana Law Enforcement Training Academy (ALETA) and has received extensive training in the areas of disaster and emergency management, critical incident management, terrorism, juvenile violence and crime prevention, executive protection, behavioral threat assessment, and workplace violence.
In addition to his law enforcement credentials, Baxter Iford Sr is a certified and trained School Resources Officer and trained in developing appropriate strategies to identify and respond to human trafficking.

Rob is an experienced professional who brings years of experience in building and implementing organization-wide systems and information systems. He has a proven track record of success in overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages as well as developing and implementing IT policy and day to day best practice guides for projects and organizations. Rob is skilled at crisis management while maintaining and managing network and data security.
JOSEPH CHARLES

Joseph Charles has over 37 years of direct experience in construction project management and construction supervision of the day-to-day activities of residential, commercial, educational, and municipal building projects. Mr. Charles has an in-dept understanding and knowledge of local, state and federal construction regulation and code, a deep understanding of construction equipment, and safe equipment operating practices, and construction best practices and has supervised construction teams of various sizes.
